Finding the Hall
The ceremony and reception are held in an event hall inside the hotel, so we are comfortably indoors and air-conditioned all afternoon. Signage will guide you from the entrance to the hall, and the hotel reception will gladly point you the right way if you are unsure.
Parking & Arrival
Parking is available at the hotel with attendants to guide you. Please plan to arrive at least twenty minutes before each ceremony begins so you can be seated in good time and settle in.
An Unplugged Ceremony
We invite you to be fully present — kindly keep phones away during the ceremony. Our photographer will capture every moment, and we would love to see your faces, not your screens, as we say our vows.
